This development is located on the eastern fringe of the pretty village of Staunton Caundle nestling in the peaceful undulating countryside of the Blackmore Vale, 'Thomas Hardy's Vale of Dairies'. Holtham Walk has a Grade I Listed 13th Century Church as it's focal point and a boundary and aspect over open countryside to rising ground in the distance. The design allows for the individual buildings to form a coherent grouping forming a new village extension with a stronge sense of place that reflect the distinctiveness and rural character of the surroundings.
The result is a layout of eight homes both detached and linked constructed in natural Stalbridge Stone under reclaimed clay tiled roofs, that vary in appearance and form, but all finished to an exacting standard and finish.
The interiors are particularily spacious providing a minimum of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the principle bedrooms always being ensuite and living areas that take full advantage of the outstanding views.
